Shipping Method

All orders are packaged and shipped from Smithers, British Columbia, Canada.

Within Canada

  • All items will be shipped via Regular Post by Canada Post without tracking.
  • Standard rate shipping ranges from $3 to $6, depending on order value and packaging needs.
  • Enjoy free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
  • Upgrade option for tracked shipping is available during checkout.

Shipments to the United States (not yet available)

  • All items will be shipped via Regular Post by Canada Post or USPS without tracking.
  • Standard rate shipping ranges from $10 to $15, depending on order value and packaging needs.
  • Free shipping on orders of $150 CDN or more.
  • Upgrade option for tracked shipping is available during checkout.

International Shipments (not yet available - stay tuned!)

  • Orders destined for international addresses will be shipped via International Air by Canada Post without tracking.
  • Free shipping on orders of $150 CDN or more.
  • Upgrade options for tracked shipping are available during checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes

BRAINBOW is not responsible for currency exchange fees, credit card fees, or bank fees. Recipients are responsible for any additional government taxes, customs, or duty charges. BRAINBOW is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

Local Pickup or Delivery

  • Local pickup is available for residents of northern BC in the Smithers-Telkwa area. Contact us at info@brainbowstudio.com to arrange.
  • Local deliveries will be scheduled between 10am - 6pm, with notifications via text message using the provided phone number at checkout.

Shipping Notification

Ensure our emails reach you by adding info@brainbowstudio.com to your safe sender list. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after finalizing your order. If you don’t, check your spam/junk folder. Contact us at info@brainbowstudio.com if needed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 3 - 5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Canadian holidays.

Need it fast? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for urgent delivery requests.

Estimated Shipping Times

Please note these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary. Delivery timeframes are also influenced by the chosen shipping method:

  • Canada: 3-9 business days
  • United States of America: 6-15 business days

Liability

Claims for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages must be made within two months (sixty days) of the order date. BRAINBOW is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracked and confirmed delivered by carriers.
