Workshop Details & FAQs

What kind of materials do we use?

We use high-quality beading elastic, colourful 6mm glass and acrylic beads, and a set of 12 letters (not the full alphabet). The limitation is intentional - it invites imagination, creativity, and thoughtful expression. For more customization and a full alphabet, explore BRAINBOW Mantra Bracelet Workshops.

Are workshops suitable for all ages?

Most workshops are ideal for adults, teens, and kids ages 7+. Younger children may require additional adult support.

What if I don’t know what mantra to choose?

You don’t need to come with the words figured out. We have a full alphabet of letter beads available, so you can create almost any word or short phrase (though we recommend keeping it under 15 letters). If you’d like inspiration, you can browse our Mantra Bracelet Collection - sometimes the right words reveal themselves along the way.

How long is a workshop?

Most sessions run 2 - 2.5 hours.

What accessibility and sensory supports do you offer?

Accessibility is built into every workshop. Supports may include:

  • Attention to lighting, noise levels, room setup, with space to move around
  • Earplugs or ear defenders available
  • Low-scent or scent-free environment
  • Small-group facilitation, gentle pacing, and optional 1:1 support
  • Care partners or access assistants welcome at no cost (with advance notice)
  • Fine-motor supports (e.g. larger beads or easier-to-handle materials)
  • Clear written instructions alongside verbal guidance
  • Pre-made kits to reduce decision fatigue

If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance - we’re happy to adapt where possible.
