Busy hands, open minds

There’s something magic about making things with your hands. Creative workshops with BRAINBOW Studio invite people to slow down, play with colour, and make something that carries meaning long after the session ends.

We bring hands-on workshops to workplaces, schools, and community groups across Northern BC. They’re a natural fit for team-building, youth programming, community events, and gatherings with friends or family.

    Using letter beads and a rainbow of colours, participants create bracelets featuring friendly reminders, pep-talk phrases - what we think of as word medicine.

Thoughtful, by design

Our workshops and community projects are developed in collaboration with - and supported by - organizations like the EdGE Learning Centre, AutismBC, and the Vancouver Foundation Small Neighbourhood Grant Progam. We work alongside families, educators, and community partners to create spaces that are creative, inclusive, and intentionally low-pressure.

The result is an experience that’s simple on the surface - and surprisingly meaningful underneath. People sometimes arrive expecting something light and kid-crafty… and leave saying, “Wow. I actually needed that.”
